The Fruitland Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of
Patrol Officer.
We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual who is dedicated to serving our community with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Idaho driver’s license
- No felony convictions or disqualifying misdemeanors
- Ability to pass a background check, written test, polygraph evaluation, and medical/physical fitness exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Idaho POST Certified or certifiable
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $23.10 – $35.50 per hour (DOE)
- 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends off
- Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays
