Burn Hours

Open burning regulations within city limits can be found in Title 4 Chapter 2 of the Fruitland City Code. 

Open burning of paper, wood and dry vegetation is allowed during the following hours:

• October 1 - May 31
• 10 a.m. until  4 p.m.
• June 1 - September 30
• 6 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Please call Payette County Dispatch at 208-452-3110 for large burns to prevent dispatch of fire trucks.
