When:City of Fruitland Trunk or Treat
Lieutenant Ben Key, on behalf of the Fruitland Police Department, requested approval to hold the City’s Trunk or Treat on October 31, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the City Hall public-safety complex, 200 S. Whitley Drive. The family Halloween event is expected to attract approximately 300 to 500 attendees and will include decorated vehicles and equipment from the Police, Fire, Ambulance, and Public Works departments; candy distribution; a touch-a-truck display; pumpkin decorating; games; refreshments; and a photo area. No alcohol, outside vendors, or street closures are proposed. City staff reported no concerns.
